The guarantee we issue is for the property and not the individual. Because we are a member of the Glass & Glazing Federation, we comply with their regulations, which means our guarantee IS TRANSFERABLE provided it is still within it's 10-year life.

Unlike most other companies, we do not enforce the new householder to allow us to carry out a full inspection of the installation at their cost before we transfer the guarantee. This has to be a big plus for both yourself and prospective buyers should you decide to sell your property in the future.
